Visitor registration or an invitation letter is required to visit this exhibition.

1. Complete visitor registration

Complete your registration using the ‘Visitor Registration Form’ at the bottom of the page.

2. Receive ‘Registration Confirmation Email’

‘Registration Confirmation Email’ will be sent to the email address you provided.

3. Visit to the exhibition

Please present your ‘Registration Confirmation Email’ and one business card at the reception desk. You will receive a visitor badge.

  • The organizers and secretariat will handle personal information with utmost care in accordance with the “Act on the Protection of Personal Information”. Please refer our privacy policy.
  • The personal information you have provided may be utilized in the future to send you information about related exhibitions, events, and other activities organized by us.
  • When the barcode on your visitor badge is scanned at the exhibitor booths, the information you registered in advance will be provided to the exhibitors. Please note that scanning the barcode is equivalent to handing over your business card to the exhibitors.
  • Our official photography team may take photos or videos during the event. These images will be used for future promotional purposes, such as social media posts, marketing materials, and other event-related content. By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed. If you have any concerns regarding the use of your image, please let us know.

  • If you fail to present the confirmation email or the QR code upon attending this exhibition, you will need to register again. Please cooperate with visitor registration in advance, as it may take some time.
